Hi,

I'm pretty new on bcms. I'm installing a bcm50 and I want to configure a split schedule on the service mode(like 9:00-14:00 and 17:00-19:00), but seems that I can only set the start times for the day and night.

I would also like to know how to add the holidays, I've added in the holidays' table but I think I am missing some step.

Thank you vey much in advance!!!

Are you referring to company greetings in voicemail, or when is this for a ringing service to send all calls to voicemail?

Be a little more specific on the scenario.

Hi,

I don't have voicemail. I've one skill that works in schedule 9:00-14:00 and 17:00-19:00. I want to play the non-working hours greeting when the skill is close, but at the service mode I only can set the start of the day and the start of the nigth.

I'm using the contact centre mode, maybe I need to use the auto-attendent mode but I don't kwow how it works. I don't want offers callers a range of options to select using the
dialpad of their telephones.

Another doubt that I have is like to activate the holidays.

Hi,

I have managed to solve my doubts, but now I have another problem.

I'm using the auto-attendant mode, in normal working hours a company greeting message recives the users and then transfer to the unique skill. Before the transfer the system says "one moment, please". Does anyone know of a way to get rid of the "one moment please" recording?

Thank you very much
Regards
