Trying to accomplish a level 1 reset on a BCM50 2.0. I found some instructions on-line but when I try to use them the sequence of led indicators outlined in the doc bears zero relationship to what the leds are actually doing. Has anyone got some simple, easy to follow directions? (The purpose of the reset is that I can't connect via laptop due to unknown password.)

You just need to time it right.

I've got a PDF file that you can use that I've found OK. As stated above, it's a question of timing and my mistake is pressing the button for final part of the level 2 reset procedure too quickly. You need to wait a few seconds until both led's are flashing red.

Contact me via the link if you need any help.
