BCM50 reset level 1 for recover password

Hi!
I have a BCM50, but not password for nnadmin, so i want apply a reset level 1 to enter the system configuration, but i don't know if this will work, or if I need a reset level 2.

any advice?

level 2 reset will include deletion of patches and key codes.

Yes level 1 reset will default the password.

Level 1 Reset will also wipe the Keycodes...make sure you have them before proceeding.

First, thanks for replies

I apply the level 1 reset and clean the password, but also lost Keycodes.
On the page krs Avaya recovered the keycodes.
