I was called today to a customer with a Nortel BCM50 R3 which is displaying a Solid Red power Light, looks like the hard drive has gone however the customer's Nortel Administrator left the business about 5 years ago and the company no longer has the nortel login details.
Is there any way i can get the Acronis Images without having a sold-as number for Avaya?
The Customer is a Taxi Company which currently has the Phone Lines diverted to a mobile phone so i need to try and resolve the problem ASAP.
