Hi all,
i'm a litle bit confused regarding BCM50 and BCM200 maximum number of users. As i can see, BCM50 is solution for companies with max 20 users, but also BCM50 max number of IP phones is 32, 12 digital and 4 analog phones directly on the main unit. Also, with one expansion unit there can be attached aditional 16/32 digital phones.

My question is if i can use BCM50 in my company (45 telephony users), or i must buy BCM200.

Thanks

You can use a BCM 50. You'll be maxed out though. A 50 can grow "bigger" than a 200 on the digital set side, but a 200 can support more IP phones. It all depends on the quantity and type of phones you need.

Thank you for the answer..
And one more thing, why Nortel recomends BCM50 for companies with less than 20 telephony users and for >20, BCM200.

Thanks, V
