I have two POTS lines connected to a BCM50. They are both in Pool A. I noticed that when setting up a route that uses the pool, it seems to prefer to use the 2nd line first. Is there a way to change this behavior? Or is my only option to physically swap the lines?

Incoming starts at the top working its way down and outgoing starts at the bottom working it's way up, this is normal behaviour.

Normal behavior, sure. My question was if I could change it. [bigsmile]

If not, I'll just swap the lines at the punch down block.

No reason other than my own OCD (I want the first line used first for outgoing CLID purposes)...haha.

Thanks for your help, as always!

Thanks lol
Sometimes the other lines in the group show their own CLID when other times only the main #, not sure what the conditions are for that.
It makes techs life easier when troubleshooting if they are their own CLID.
It's possible though that the carrier can change it to upon request.
