Can multiple BCM50's be networked together on the same site with Centralized voice mail to provide a larger local site using digital sets?
For a BCM50 6.0 we are trying to set up a Auto Answer feature that will answer a DID line advise the caller all the agents are buy and then provide a progress report or let thme know how long their expected wait time is or what place they are in line and then if the caller is waiting for ( X ) amount of time the would have the option to stay on hold or leave a voice mail message.
Is the BCM50 able to do this with lets say a single Call Center license seat or is something different needed. We don;t need any comlicated statistics maybe just a simple CDR.
Also, I have scoured the internet and even the Avaya site and I am unable to find a complete installation, programing and configuration manual for the BCM50.
