The Thread is closed and the poster did not update any further.
It was not an issue to begin with....it's by design and is clearly stated in the guide how it works.
Try your other 2 options Sequential or Rotary or try adding members to a couple hint groups have them overflow to each other
I you have use Call Centre on the Voice Mail system if you have Callpilot or ACD on the Flashtalk.
Or try the SWCA suggestion in the thread I already made.
