Moved premises, New lines installed, Move from 8 channel + DDI's to 4 lines no DDI's single number.

Now outgoing lines work fine no problems.

Incoming lines just ring the Prime Set.

I've assigned them to a hunt group, But it's not ringing these lines.

Do you have any clues as to why they wouldn't be rining through the hunt group?

Many thanks! :)

Yes, I have the same sets that worked previously.

Sets are all there and working fine when called internally or transferred calls from the Prim Set, And set's arn't assigned to any other lines anymore.

It's asif it's completely missing the Hunt Group? Seeing no stat's on it :/

What kind of line is it. What do you have now that is different than before? If it's digits recived /Target Line then you need to build the target line and assign it to the phones with multiple apperances.

What's classed as a digits recived / target line? What's the difference / how would i know?

If line is rolling to the prime set, what line? Is it a trunk rolling, or a target line? You leaving too many items blank in order for us to help.

But my thoughts, if calls are ringing to PRIME from the Trunk, then they are not getting to the target line. Therefore regardless it will not work. Change PRIME to NONE on the trunks and see if calls come in. If you get busy tone, then you're not receiving Incoming Digits, or they don't match what you have programmed.

The more info you give us, the better we can help.

If the new lines are analog then I 'm not sure how you have an incoming call getting to the hunt group unless it is answered by AA and a CCR tree. if just analog lines them you can assign them to ring on the sets you what to ring on incoming calls no target line needed. As DBrewsky said the more info the better the help. need more information

Launch BCM Monitor and make some test calls. I think the calls probably aren't arriving on the line you're expecting and thus aren't assigned to the hunt group.

Using BCM Monitor i've nailed down the lines (they match ones marked in Physical which i've been using for the hunt group).

From my limit knowledge it's the trunk that's rolling to the prime set. Missing the Target Line's altogether.

SRC1 it's coming through a pair of ISDN bundles, I'll double check the target line settings, Including setting PRI set to none. To see if that helps.

Thankyou for all the assistance so far! :)

Right,

Tried setting prime sets to none, didn't connect.

So not getting incoming digits.

How can i get this to call a tree?

I appreciate the asstance.

regards,

i don't thing you can use hunt groups when the phones have line appearance on them

WORK SMART NOT HARD

If the lines are ISDN then the physical lines will have been set to Auto Answer Therefore you will need to assign a target line to answer the call.
Or You can Change these lines to Manual answer.
This means the call will use the Physical line to answer the Call

If set to Auto Answer this means you will need to know how many digits are being sent and assign a Target line to receive them.

If the receive digit lenght is 6 the use the last 6 digts of the telephone number and enter these in the PUBLIC receive field.

EG: use Target line 200.
Public receive: 567890 (Your new telephone number).
Remove Prime extn eg:usually 221

Now assign this line 200 to your Hunt Group Under LINE:

Members LINE
221 200
222
223
224

The incoming call will be answered by the Physical line and will look for the receive digits.
If they match the receive digits assigned to a Target line then the call will follow the target Line settings.

In your case you have assigned the target line to ring a Hunt Group.

If you are using Manual answer then assign the Physical lines to the Hunt group instead of the Target line.

Hope this helps.

Thank you snowman.

Only issue is the last 5 digits have been set.

I will try removing AA which reading you're thread should force hunt grouping?

Regards,

AA Removed, Hunt grouping working wonderfully.

Thankyou very very much :)
