BCM50 lost keycodes after reset 1

I recently performed what I thought was a Level 1 reset on my BCM50 to reset the system to defaults whilst keeping keycodes, as I was unable to log in to Element Manager for configuration due to not having the password.

However to my horror, upon restarting the system my digital extensions now show "Keycode reqd" in the display when you lift the handset. So it appears I somehow managed to perform a Level 2 reset instead.

I do not have any of the original keycode information, but I can log into Element Manager to view all of the system information.

Hoping that someone is able to help me with this dilemma! Thanks in advance,

Stuart

Contact a local Avaya dealer with Nortel certification and have them retrieved from Avaya KRS system. If they are not the dealer on record it may take 1 day to happen...

telcodog, that would be great if you could do that!

There doesn't seem to be any way to PM you any details though or am I not seeing it?

Thanks

firebirdscrambler, that would be brilliant. I've tried phoning BT but not had any success with them unfortunately.

What is the best way to get in touch with you to pass details of the system?

Thanks,
Stuart
