BCM50 line port numbering

Hi just inherited a BCM50 with 3 cabinets, Main 4 by 12, 2nd 4 by 16 & 3rd cabinet 4 by 16.

My question is where are my lines, I have line
61 to 68 dial tone on the first 4
73 to 76 nothing
95 to 98 dial tone
103 to 106 nothing
125 to 332 nothing

I'm looking for my cabinet that is not in use so I can add 4 new lines, is it safe to beleive they are on 73 to 76?

You should really connect to the system via Element Manager and look at the line programming.
