BCM50 level 1/2 reset

Have a BCM50 in the UK with GATM in Expansion chassis. It is not recognising the trunks on the module. It recognises the GATM in expansion chassis. Tried a level 1 reset, and the unit is showing 2 red flashing led's. I read in the manual that it is waiting for a level 2 command. When I press the reset button again, the lights just stay flashing.

Any ideas on how to get this back to running order?

First, have you loaded (and can still see) the expansion chassis keycode? Second, have you enabled the module under "resources"->"telephony resources?

Yes the expansion chassis keycode was still visible and the module was enabled prior to this.
The module state said enabled, then went to enabling and stayed on this. That is when I tried the level 1 reset. I think I may have a faulty reset switch on the unit.
If I try and connect whilst the red led's are flashing, all I get is "Cartridge cannot be found".

Have you set the region profile?

Is the main BCM chasis working without the expansion.

Mr Marshall, region profile was UK, dip switch 8 set on GATM for UK.
As it stands at the moment, we cannot access the main unit because of the led status. As this was a new model for our dem kit, we are currently awaiting a replacemnet. should be here next week.
