Hello ,

I have a probleme with my computer.

I have setup lan CTE with BCM call personnal manager and estos but i cant find the DN to set estos and BCM call personnal .

I see on the BCM that the computer is normally registred and the DN is registered in the laptop .

Have anyone idea ?

Excuse me for my bad english

You need to download the LAN CTE client from the BCM to your computer and Run it.
when the lan cte asks for the IP address set it to the BCM ip address.
Your PC needs to know how to talk to the BCM

The BCM then needs to know the ip address or Machine name of the PC and the extn DN associated with that PC.

When you reboot your PC you should see a SPACE SHUTTLE symbol on the task bar.
Right click on this and go to the top option to see if its in service.
If it says in SERVICE then you have a connection to the bcm.

In personal call manager go to tools then dial using.
you should see your extn DN there.

select it in order to be able to dail from the PCM.

Also set up your local dialing eg 9 for outside line.
country code etc .
same as setting up a modem connection.

Hope this is useful.

thanks you for you answer but i have already do this . Its working on another Computer but not on this one
