Before i do this , it is possible the connect the hard drive to an other computer and extract the keycode into a file.

Thanks for your advice

No

You can still have an authorized vendor with Avaya access the KRS system to retrieve your keycode.

Actually, it is possible to connect the BCM50 hard drive to a Linux system and retrieve the keycode file. Do the following:
1. Connect the BCM50 hard drive to a Linux system
2. Mount the third partition (e.g., /dev/sdb3) to a directory (e.g., /mnt/tmp)
[pre] mkdir -p /mnt/tmp
mount /dev/sdb3 /mnt/tmp
[/pre]3. Go to the directory nn/etc on that partition
[pre] cd /mnt/tmp/nn/etc
[/pre]4. Copy the file licensefile.txt to the Linux system
[pre] cp licensefile.txt /home/<a user name>
[/pre]5. Leave the nn/etc directory and unmount the partition
[pre] cd
umount /mnt/tmp
[/pre]6. Power down the Linux system and remove the BCM50 hard drive
7. Copy the file from the Linux system to your PC

After the reset, just select the file licensefile.txt in Element Manager - Keycodes to install the keycodes again.

Sorry my bad, forgot this was already made public for users to see.
