BCM50 IP Phone Call stuck 1

Hi, I have a problem with users in a Pickup group when 2 members try to pickup the same call one member gets the call and the other telset gets its intercom button stuck with an off hook indicator. They subsequently cannot receive any more calls. We clear this by disabling and re-enabling the telset. BCM50 Release2, Telsets IP2002. Any help appreciated.
 

Patch your Bcm50 to the latest,i've seen it on Bcm 4.0, i guess you're having the same issue.

I upgraded the system from release 1 to release 2 and it has been happening on both releases. Do I need to go to 3 Which is again chargeable or is there a Patch within release 2 that I need.
 
I highly recommend BCM50 Release 3. It contains more recent versions of the IP phone firmware, in addition to overall better stability and feature set.

I am not certain if this was fixed in the Release 2 patches, but I know it was fixed in some of the updates for Release 3. I had the problem, but it went away after I added the System Updates from January 2009 for Release 3.
