Greetings all.
I have a BCM50 (rls 2.0.2.05e)
My issue is with externally transfered call volume levels.
Users can call external numbers without issue but, if a call is transfered to a salesman in the field, the salesman can barely hear the person that was transfered to them. I have gone through Nortel tech support so all patches are up to date. The had me pull a log and found no issue with the unit. I have contacted the local Telco. They could find no issue with the lines.
The only other refernce I could find on the web refered to the "Loss Package" settings. Mine are set to "Long CO" with a 600 ohm impedance.
Anyone have any ideas. With Nortel and the local Telco saying it is not their issue, I am at a loss.
Thanks,
Mike
