bcm50 - change general delivery mailbox message 1

Hello, tried everything to change the general delivery mailbox message on a bcm50 call pilot. can anyone rack their brains on this one? Regards Stephen

Password
Press admin
Greet
Record
Primary
New
Record message
Press ok to end
Press ok to save

great i tried everything but couldnt get rid of an old company message. do i need to be at any particular handset to change this?

You are in the wrong greeting need to check out greetings in F 983.Company greeting.

press feature 981 at any m7316,7310 2 line display phone
press *
The display reads LOG:
now log in as mailbox 100 the password followed by #
LOG:100xxxx#
you are now logged into mailbox 100.

From here you can chage the greetings of this mailbox.

Press
admin
Greet
Record
choose fro either Primary or Alternate greeting
press New....old message played bac
Record new message
Press ok to end message
Press ok to accept the new message
otherwise the old one is kept

Press mailbox
Enter mailbox number:
Eg : 100
Press change
Password shows on screen
Press reset
Password now reset to 0000
Press release to end session.
