I have a CS1K 7.5 that calls a BCM50 Rls 6.0 thru CDP to SIP trunks. That part works. If the user in the BCM forwards off site, calls to their DID forward ok but CDP calls from the CS1K on the SIP trunks don't. Using BCM monitor I see the call come in but never tries to go out the PRI. Is there some kind of trunk to trunk restriction that I can't find? Both DID and SIP calls use the same target line info only one is public and the other is private.

go into the Administration Tab, and find Services Manager, then scroll down to find the FEPS Service and restart that service. There is an issue right now with SIP trunks "falling asleep" and not recovering. there is a patch coming out soon for this.

You can check to see if you have set up Remote Access Package on the BCM50
Go to the Call Security/Remote Access Package add a new package then add the Line pool you such as your PRI line pool. Then you need to go to Line Restrictions and make sure the package just built is on those lines as well.
