BCM50 Callpilot voice mail files

Hi;
Looking for general advice on where to find (if any) voice mail files on CallPilot Manager. It that possible?

You can't edit or modify the system prompts but if you want to retrieve voicemail messages left in mailboxes you need unified messaging that will save them as wave files.

Is that an extra option that could be installed on bcm50?

For system prompts no, for voicemail messages you need licensing.
