BCM50 CallPilot going down

Customer has a BCM50 that in the past the CCR tree home menu greeting would cut off after a few words. This would not happen all the time. We tested it and it did not matter what line you called in on and it was not just on one port. We deleted the tree and recreated it. Now the VM is going down. When they press the MSG button the display goes blank for a second or two and then to time & date. The system did not show any alarms for VM service going down. I am going out Monday to get the logs for the system and look over them. Has anyone seen this before?

Can you do a F985? If you can't sounds to me almost as though you have try and buy keycodes and they expired.
 
I wonder how old the unit is. There was a patch that came out a long time ago (January 06 or so) that had to do with licensing (CFS or something like that). Things would work fine until the system rebooted/lost power. It affected some interaction between the keycode files and the rest of the system.

May be a long shot, but it's the only thing that comes to mind
 
No, it is definitely not try and buy. The voicemail is now running after a reset. Nortel is having me put in the Service #2 update.
