BCM50 CallPilot does not launch

Hi there, I appreciate having some information on how to react when I get this : (Quick Install wizard) whenever I activate (launch CallPilot Manager) on BCM50 to stat it. Then it asks to provide the following system settings:
Attendant DN and other things.

Only you can answer those questions.
Attendant DN is usually Receptions DN.
You did not post what the "other things" are but it all depends on what who and how you are going to program your system.

You might need to read the Callpilot Setup and Operation guide for more info as it would answer your questions also.

In case where the image does not open here are the settings asked when this pops appear once i launch the CallPilot on the BCM50:

Quick Install Wizard
Attendant DN:
Primary UI Style ( Which gives to choose NVM Or CallPilot)
Primary Language:
( Identify the range of lines to be answered by auto-attendant)
From line: .... (1-332)
to line : ..... (1-332)
NUMBER OF RINGS .......(0-12)
INSTALL CANCEL

i have noticed that with this problem of not being able to launch the CallPilot the display of all phones (IP and Digital phones) go with no writing whenever i try to get to them through code fonction like 985 or 981 or 983 and so on though the display the time and the date.

just pick your receptionist Extn number eg:221 or who ever you want.
Pick your Language assuming English.

Don't worry about lines etc,,they are for auto attendant answering which can be done later.
Click install.

That's it.

That is exactly what I did
But I'm getting a message saying Internal server error
where it says misconfiguration or internal error
contact the server admin

Try 000 as attendant....do you get same error?

If so you may need to try and do a factory restore via Element Manager/Admin/Restore/Restore/restoreFromFactoryDefault and when finally prompted un-check all boxes except Callpilot and CallPilot Messages
Or do a REINSTALL via the phone in Feature 982, 1

Agree with curly cord.

Do a reinstall as suggested.

It only takes a few seconds to do..using the phone option.

I did a restore via Element Manager/Admin/Restore/Restore/restoreFromFactoryDefault. All the steps went perfectly but the unit
ended up with the same issues: The Call Pilot does not launch and the phone's display disappears as soon as I enter a fonction code related to Call Pilot like 985 or 981 or 983 and so on.
 
Possibly you have a hard drive that is starting to go.
Callpilot is the first to go in these cases.

I assume you left only Callpilot and CallPilot Messages as checked in the box when you did the retsore to fatory?
