Ok, I have a bcm50 on a PRI with 20 DNs. 10 of those DN have their on associated number for outside direct access. I want to forward calls after 3 ring to their cell phone.

Now - If you call our main number and are transfered (internally) to the 10 DN's after 3 rings it forwards to the associated cell phone numbers perfectly.

Now - If you are internal and dial the DN's after 3 rings it transfers perfectly.

OK.... (Here where the problem comes in)

Now - if you dial the associated number to a DN, after 3 rings it go to a dial tone then goes busy? WFT. The caller can hear the dial tone but that is it.

Can anybody please help?????

In you PRI tab disable the option "send name display" and see if it fixes your problem.

Where is the PRI tab? I have been looking for it and for some reason can not find it.

Thanks for the info... but sadly, that did not work.

The problem is the BTN is not being sent out because it is an external call coming in and the CLID of the caller is being sent and when you do an internal transfer it is the line the call is going out on. I bet this is a fractional or Dynamic PRI.

I believe you are correct - this may be a fractional T, I have to check.

You need to call the carrier and have them stamp all outbound calls with the main number. Your not going to be able to send individual OLI's.
