BCM50 Auto Attendant

hi everyone. i am trying to set up the auto attendant. when i dial to test it... for some reason it gives me a warning saying that the ext is not available. then, I check the Custom Auto-Attendant Menu Prompts in the tables greetings and still gives me the warning but immidiatly it gives me the desired recording... any help please?
 
1. make sure AA is set to answer each line needed after desired amount of rings
2. make sure any phone that has lines assigned to ring at it do not have interference with their Call Forward No Answer or Busy settings....this might be the case where its forwarded to vmail but does not have a mailbox.
