BCM50 auto-attendant answers with nothing but a dial tone

I am trying to set up a new BCM50's auto-attendant, which we have upgraded from a previous CallPilot 100. The greeting tables and CCR tree has been set up as it is supposed to, the company greetings are recorded, and the lines are set to be answered by the AA. However, when I try to call in, all I get is a click and a second dial tone. None of the greetings are played and the dial tone I hear seems to be an intercom tone. Any suggestions on what might be missing from the setup?
 
check the answer with DISA feature this should be in lines or in the features setting area if you can't find thread back and i will look for it
 
Thanks for the reply SRC1. I tried both enable and disable answer with DISA but it seems to be the same. The BCM50 is using analog trunks. Do I need to to any specific set up on the DISA or Remote Access Package?
 
Have you tried a different lines and diferant ring numbers, to see if it will answer at all? Plus if you turn off the AA does it ring to a phone?
 
It does ring on the phone if AA is off. There are 4 lines and I have tried on 3 of them, all the same results.
