Hi Guys,

I've scheduled the BCM to backup at a certain time (outside of working hours) so it doesn't affect the business. When I go to site am I able to retrieve the backed up config and put onto my laptop?

You use to be able to do this on the old version 3.x when it was running Windows.

The customers BCM isn't on the LAN and they don't have a USB drive on the BCM.

Cheers,
MS

If its not on a network and no usb drives are being used, what are you backing it up to?

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Thanks Ace but could you please eleborate more. This is on BCM version 4.0 and BCM 50.

Never worked on the 4.0 or the 50 versions, but in the older versions of the BCM BRU it asks where you want to backup to and that is where you put my ans above.
