BCM50 AA Cutting off Calls

Incoming calls are getting cut off prematurally. Here is the way a call comes in:
POTS on GATM (expansion module) --> line 61 on BCM --> DN 2221 (Operator set) Appear only --> AA picks up
This is where the problem starts:
1) AA set to pickup at 0 or 1 rings -- AA picks up call with correct greeting. CLID never shows on operator set. (Needs at least 2 rings to show up.) F811 can sometimes get the set to display CLID even though it is under 2 rings.
2) AA set to pickup at 2 or more rings -- AA picks up call. No greeting. CLID still does not show up on operator set. Nothing is heard and call is dropped in about 10 seconds.
3)AA off. CLID still does not show up on the sets.

Checked all settings -- call forward no answer, DRT, Trans Callback, etc.
BCM Monitor shows call going straight to VM DN once the AA picks up.

What else am I missing..There are no patches for all this.
