Every time we try to login to the BCM with element manager it reboots the system before it completely logs on. Some times it starts to download the cartridge, and about 1/4 of the way thru the download it reboots the system. It does not matter whether we use a network connection or the oam connection. Can anyone point me to a possible fix for this? I really don't want to do a level 2 reset and use a backup that was taken over 2 years ago. I just inherited this problem.
