Is this upgrade keycoded or is it free? If it costs something, does anyone have a PN I can use?

If you order the upgrade kit - beware the factory image upgrade doesn't come as par tof the upgrade kit, though is available for download on nortel.com

all s/w upgrades need a upgrade keycode. It allows Nortel keep an accurate database of all it's systems it sells.

Your reply to requiring a keycode was correct, but if you have a spare BCM 50 or system that you don't mind losing the programming on and also a system that you have the keycode for, then you can use the keycode on a version 2 image, but it won't work for a version 3.
