BCM50 1.0 to 3.0 upgrade

Just finished upgrading a BCM50 from 1.0 to 3.0. The upgrade went well, all data was preserved however the power led keeps flashing. I have tried different power supplies, unplugged for at least 15 minutes and no luck. Anyone run across this problem?

Well, I did the level 2 reset. It kept the upgrade but lost all of the programming? Not a big deal, easy enough to rebuild. I thought that by doing the level 2 reset it would revert the BCM50 back to the preupgraded release (1.0)? Just happy that it worked. Thanks to all that helped, another one of those strange probs...
