BCM50 1.0 DST patch

I'm seeking to obtain the daylight savings time patch for BCM50 v. 1.0, which Nortel has retired. Does anyone know where I can get it? Thanks

BCM.SU.SYSTEM.006 CONTAINS THE BELOW DST
Daylight Saving Time changes effective 2007
Legislated changes to the start and stop dates for Daylight Saving Time come
into effect in a number of jurisdictions starting in 2007. This patch updates
DST data on the BCM so that future transitions continue to be performed
automatically. Also, errors in some Asian time zones are corrected

Apparently the patch was posted, but is not now. Nortel claims they are unable to supply it, as they no longer support v 1.0. I am hoping that someone in the community has the patch for sale.
