Hi all,

I have a scenario here at a site with a BCM 450.The receptionist has a T7316e with four intercom keys , and 4 analog trunks App / Ringing at her phone.

She wants that if she is on a call and another call is inbound , she wants the key (app/ring) of the new inbound call to BUZZ at her phone.


she misses calls right now due to the fact that it only flashes.


please help

Make sure DND on busy is unticked in capabilities .
This will allow multiple calls to ring at the phone.

Buzz cannot happen on that system, only ring.
