BCM450 won't boot up after patch

I have a brand new BCM450 that I installed the latest patch (Su system 009) to and now the machine won't boot up.

I can't connect in any manner to it and I tried to reset the machine via the reset button on the front and to no avail.

Anyone else seen this?

I have one that does this anytime patches are applied. I have to flip the switch literally on it to get it to boot properly.

What release is your system? what was that patch for? 1.0 or 5.0?
