BCM450, R6. I have a customer that has 2 queues set up and uses RCC for reporting. What is happening is once the AA answers the call, the callers are simply pressing zero, getting the receptionist and she is just transferring calls to individual extensions rather than into the queue, so all the reports make it look like no one is handling any queue calls. I am going to train her on how to at least transfer the calls into the queue, but is there a way to stop the calls from getting to her in the first place? Thanks in advance.
