If you setup a fax with an ATA2 on a BCM450 release 6.0 (havent met the same setup on a 5.0 or 1.0) equipped with a PRI, you may meet a lot of problems with sending faxes; they may be intermittent or won't go out at all.
The solution is simple: set up the ATA as a remote device, not on-site. Stupid, but only way to make it work consistently.
