bcm450 with expansion mbm switch settings

I have a BCM450 rel 5 with the following modules in the main cabinet:
DSM32
DSM32
PRI
ASM8

And the following modules in the expansion cabinet:
DSM32
DSM32
PRI
ASM8

The first DSM32 in the main cabinet enables but the first 8-ports show as link and under terminals and sets they show as analog ports??????

All my other modules show enabling and seem to be correct.

I am concerned about the dip switch settings on the modules. However I can't seem to locate a good source to confirm if I have them correct.

Can someone offer some assistance?

Nothing is there no access to your docs. But why arnt you putting your asm's together, move them to the expansion and move a 32dsm to the main plus if you are showing the order put the 32's bottom upto top in main.

slot 1 on the main cabinet is on the bottom. 4 is up top. All MBM in main should have dip's all on. element manager will tell you what dip's to use in the expansion.

I am also having issues with determining dip switch settings on Media Bay Modules on the main BCM while performing an upgrade from a BCM400 V4.0 to BCM450 V5.0.

The documenation on the upgrade says to change the dip switch settings all to the defaults for the MBMs but I can't find those settings for the 4 line Caller ID Trunk Int. module.

I have the DSM32+ and DTI to all on as specified but can't find the other.

Dipswitches for cartridges on a 450 main cabinet all get set to on.

Like mentionned by the others, all dipswitches need to be set to "on" on the main cabinet, slot 1 to 4 from bottom to top.
Personnaly i would put the 2 pri cards on the main cabinet with 2 dsm32+ and the rest in the expansion cabinet.
