Have a BCM450 5.0 with all patches current.The voicemail stops working but still shows that its running the application.If you try to do a reboot it stays in limbo.The only way to get it to recover is to kill the power and then it will come back up.I have been told by Nortel/Avaya now to change out the power supply 1st to see if that resolves the issue.Anyone else ever have this issue?If so what was the fix?Appreciate any input.Thanks
