We recently took over management of a new dept who have a BCM 450 in place. They may at one point have had phone manster to manage the system but if they did the people who used to manage it did not leave it or did not leave us any documentation or passwords.
A couple of users are now trying to get into their voicemail but can't remember their passwords, is there any master password we could use to just reset a couple of individual users passwords from a phone, assuming of course and master passwords were left at their defaults.
I've tried to download the BCM450 user guide from the nortel site but all there is is a message "This content is no longer available on the Technical Support web site".
Obviously the ideal thing to do would be to contact the old dept that used to manage them but we're talking large gov depts who have moved location and multiple staff changes (including myself) will make this a very drawn out process, thought I'd try this approach first.
