BCM450 System Speed Dial Greyed Out 2

I am trying to program the system speed dials on a BCM450. I have it set to 70 and 8 on the CID match (defaults). I am logged in with nnadmin.

System Speed Dials are greyed out and wont let me make adjustments.

Any ideas on what I am missing?

If your dialed in remote then wait a bit for those tabs alsong speed dials to become active.

Did your vendor leave nnadmin w/ full admin rights?
