BCM450 soft buttons not working Avaya 1230

We have a mix of older digital phones three different kinds of VOIP phones.

All appropriate licensing and configuration.

We have ordered 6 Avaya 1230s so far, and 4 work perfectly, 2 the soft buttons do not work.

They are POE, and configured correctly. We are using them in a call center environment and we are using Feature 904 to log them into the queue. After we configure the Feature 904 button and you press it, it comes up asks for the agent id, and password. We are able to get all the way to this point. Then the next step would be to press "IN" on the second soft button. It is displayed but when you press it, it does not work. Same issue on the other phone that isnt working. We have 4 of these working with out issue.

Not sure if we have two bad phones, or there is something off in the configuration of the phone.
 
Good thought I havent manually checked the firmware level of the different phones.

They all went through the same process of updating firmware when they hit the phone system for the first time.. I don't know if there is a way to reset the phones to default.. or a way to force another firmware flash even if its the same version.

We are fully up to date on the software for the Avaya BCM450, just did the latest patches 2 weeks ago.
 
I forced a firmware flash on one of the non working handsets and it started working.

The only issue now is the little Triangles that are supposed to show up when they are logged in (Feature 904), or Make Set Busy (Feature 908) are not showing up.

Wondering if something is off in the preferences or if it may eventually figure it out.
