If you have access to it, try the latest CS1000 Callpilot 5.0 desktop messaging client. That seems to work with 64 bit systems. I don't know if that version ever got ported to the BCM world, but the 'big callpilot' client works fine with BCM.
Nortel did not develop any of their apps to be compatible with 64 bit and they will not be in the future.
In the case of Unified Messaging a 64 bit OS is okay but Outlook 2010 has to be 32 bit, this is probably the same with Lotus too.
Avaya/Nortel is in the process of developing a solution for 64 bit systems. This will be in desktop 5.1.x.x and should be released around August for the CS1000 side. Can possibly grab
that when it comes out and attempt to install with a BCM platform.
Should be released a few months later for the BCM in another patch update. Hopefully before EOL of Nov 2012
