HI All,
Wondered if any of you had any experience with the following setup and error?
Setup:
BCM450 Rls6.0 - Latest SU Patch
1 x DTM for ISDN30e
1 x DTM for DPNSS to ISDX
5 x DSM32+
1 x GASM8+
DTM Settings:
Trunk Type - DPNSS
Clock Source - Secondary External (PRI is set to Primary)
Host Node - ISDX
DPNSS Local Length - 4
Maximum Transits - 25
All channels provisioned
All virtual channels provisioned
Problem:
Calls between system work fine until a call initiated from the BCM going to a user on the ISDX that has call fwd on no-answer, the call rings the user, when the call fwd kick's in, the ISDX drops the call, the BCM gives the message "No Key Free" in the display. If a call fwd all calls is set, it is fine and it follows the call fwd.
We don't see much on the BCM, but on the ISDX we see in the traces the ISDX sending the BCM the fwd message, the BCM rips down the call, and sets up a new call with the fwd details it has just been given, but the ISDX rejects the call.
We have tried the following:
Turned off/on virtual channels(though all the traces show they are not used in conjunction with this problem)
Set the private length to 7 digits and included the node number in the routing table
Tried setting the private dial plan to UDP and CDP, currently set at none
tried putting on the try before you buy Q-sig/MCDN keycode
Increased the intercoms keys on the set used to make the call
Tried settings TAT and TRO to on and off
Applied latest SU patches obtained from the Avaya Support/ESPL site
It is really wrecking my head now, I have done this setup numerous times before using BCM400/BCM50/BCM450 on ISDX's and Erricson MD110's and never had this issue, if you can please help
Thanks Dave.
