Is there a softphone iso file on AVAYA's/Nortel webpage?
I don't have a CD and the only files I'm finding on AVAYA/Nortel are upgrades or 30 day trials.

New install of BCM450 but I dont have a CD with ip-softphone.

Thanks

It's only dialtone-VZ

Do you now need a Lic server for the BCM?

It's only dialtone-VZ

For 2050v2, you need to purchase the CD from Avaya/Nortel to get the full install ISO.

2050v4 is supported on BCM 3.0/5.0 and BCM 450 1.0/5.0 and the full iso can be downloaded. 2050v4 uses a RTU licence which is downloaded from KRS and is required for operation beyond 30 days.

Gwebster

so the I found:

Nortel_IP_Softphone_2050_3.04_0003
IP_Softphone_2050_setup_3.04_0003
2050R3.0.0154_Licensing_Server

But these will be no good to me without the RTU Lic?
shouldn't that be part of the keycode applied Gw?

Thanks

It's only dialtone-VZ

With 2050 v1/v2, according to the licence terms when you installed it, you were supposed to have purchased a CD for every copy. That is why Nortel/Avaya only offers the full ISO on a CD. With 2050 v3/v4, you no longer have to purchase a CD for every copy but do need to purchase a separate RTU for every copy. In all cases above (either with CD or RTU), this is in addition to the keycode applied to the BCM.
