Have Tapit software and everything is running fine but customer wants to be able to get reports on intercom traffic. I cannot find out how to get this traffic to report to tapit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tim

I dont think they ever had reporting for intercom.

If its important then you could utilize Call record (without recording) and Email.

For instance when somebody rings my BST Door Phone I get an email like this:

Subject:
Call from Door to Service on Sun May 3 11:41:17 2015. Length 00:16 minutes.

Body:
Call from Door to Service on Thu May 15 11:41:17 2015.
Call reference number 369
Call from 222
Call to 201
Call disconnected on Sun May 3 11:41:32 2015.

In the above email the Door (x222) called and the Service dept (X201) answered the call and the call lasted 16 seconds.

Requires:
Keycode for Professional Call Recording

Instructions:
Create an email address such as BCMintercomReports@yourbusiness.com

Telephony/Call Record
Setup SMTP
Add an ext/DN, add email address and choose Internal Call and check Call Tracking Only (this will only send email and not record THE conversation).
