Searching previous posts indicates this problem has existed in previous releases of the BCM software with varying fixes.
Customer is complaining about the CCR menu recording repeating twice before transferring to attendant. Is this the new normal behavior, or is this a lingering bug from previous BCM releases?
Previous posts from a few years back suggested making changes to the V/M type (CallPilot vs. NVM) but not all responses indicated this worked, and it was version-specific.
About the only suitable fix I can think of is to change the Company Greeting associated with the CCR tree to indicate something like "Rotary dial callers will hear the menu twice before automatically transferring to the operator." It does mean a rotary dial caller needs to wait a long time.
Any thoughts?
