Is your second hard disk the same size as the current one?. The RAID keycode should have

<code>240</code>
<data>1</data>
<name>S/W Raid</name>
<comp></comp>
<expiry></expiry>
</feature>
Check in your BCM Element Manager keycode section that you have S/W Raid listed as Active. Then go under the Administration tab to check that the disk imaging service is present.
