BCM450 R6: Cannot Load music with BcmAmp

The my problem is that is not possible to load music with BcmAmp.
The file is correct, and the system says "Upload Completed - Fur-Elise.wav - Upload Completed. Aliased to Fur-Elise16".
But when I close the upload form the file is not in the file list !!

The disk partition used for the audio files is shared with Voice Mail. The
presence of “music” files therefore will reduce the available space for Voice
Mail. Further limitations are as follows:
• No more than 1 GIG of disk space may be used for Music files. ( ~37
hours)
• If less than 1 GIG of free disk space remains, no further music files may
be uploaded.
• Maximum upload size for a single file is capped to 5 Mb
• The Music files must be in “WAV – wave file” or “AU – sun audio file”
format.
• Wav files must be converted to PCM 8.000 kHz, 8 Bit, Mono before being
transfered to the BCM.

The BCM is brand new, and nothing is lòoad on the device !!
The file is correct: is possible to load the same file on BCM50 R6 here in my lab.
Any ideas ?

Now we have uploaded files: for test we have deleted the file named "silence", that was pre-loaded, and the upload works perfectly !
!!Now we have another problem: it is not possibile to add the new file uploaded to playlist.
Error: Playlist ADD failure: list output error
In the play list we have the file silence (that we have deleted) and is not possibile delete that file from this form.

To resolve the issue is mandatory to restore only Ip Music to Factory Default.
