Guy when a user wants to relocate to a desk with T7316 set he curently has an Analog set , he would his ext. put on the T7316, my question how will the Renumber feature work?, do I just change the number in there field then press Renumber or press Renumber then chang the fields. Sorry I should know this but I'm sure . Thanks in advance

Just change the DN. You don't need to hit renumber. That is only used if you want to change a range of extensions. When you change the dn, it will swap the 2 extension numbers.
