BCM450 R5 NI2 PRI to Cisco CM

The NI2 PRI is up and I can place calls between systems. Cisco to BCM and BCM to Cisco. (4 digit)

I'm not able to route a PSTN intended call from a Cisco phone. The Cisco CM is sending 9 plus the number to the BCM and the BCM is only routing the last 4 digits. Line Restrictions have been configured...

Will a NI2 PRI work as a tie trunk?

A pri Will work as a tie. Look in the BCM Doc's for network configuration guide. Fist you don't need the 9 going to the BCM. Look at the guide for set up.
