The call stats are not adding up and I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. For example, I ran a report for the whole month of February and it said I had 2152 calls presented, 1859 were answered, 0 were disconnected and 426 were abandoned.
It seems that something is not tracking right here. That adds up to more than the 2152 presented if you add the answered and abandoned figures together. I have seen on the larger contact center systems where the numbers come up short, but never over. The system was patched about a month ago when we upgraded to R5.
