When transferring from the AA or opening up your mailbox the default 'Nortel girl' voice is not heard (ex 'one moment please' 'please enter your password followed by the # sign'). Has worked for the last couple of years. There are other issues but first has anyone heard of this? I have powered down the cabinet and checked Call Pilot properties. Interface is NVM and primary language is English.

Well not totally. Rebooted it last week a couple of times before I knew it was a problem and did not fix it. I went into EM remotely today and saw Spanish as the first language; odd since it had been working for a couple of years. I did of course change it to English (UK) and not working still. Does it require a reboot after that change?
